The lounge features a variety of seating options, a television, and a fireplace. This is designed to be a communal space to bring people together and to give them a space to relax and connect that is close to the other amenities.
Our gym features an olympic lifting rack and platform, cable machines, treadmill, ski/row machine, resistance bikes, and various accessories, such as, medicine balls, slam balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, and more. The garage door on the exterior of the building opens up to a side patio with astro turf for outdoor workouts.
Our resort style pool features a maximum depth of four feet, ada pool access system, lounge chairs, close proximity to the grill and playground, and a security fence surrounding.
Our playground features a mulch pit in the entire playground area that provides cushion - compared to grass or turf - and aids in water draining after rains. The playground is in close proximity to the basketball court, cabana, swimming pool, and grill areas to allow parents to keep an eye on their children while engaging in other communal activities.
Los Caballos features a full-court basketball court adjacent to the amenities center, playground, grills, and swimming pool. The court is paved with concrete, features double rimmed hoops, and benches on the sidelines for on-lookers and substitute players.
We have a variety of grills in close proximity to the amenities center. Two are located under the covered patio directly off the back side of the building, facing the swimming pool, and are propane powered. Two are located beyond the basketball court and are charcoal or wood burning.
The main space of the amenities center includes a kitchen with a viewing window to the back patio and swimming pool. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the rear door for easy access to the patio. The kitchen features a range, oven, microwave, and sink.
The conference room is located in the back hallway, away from the main part of the building, to aid in focused meetings. There is a round meeting table with several chairs and a television for residents to be able to plug their laptops and tablets into for presentation purposes.
The business center has computers and printers for community use, perfect for completing online homework, business needs, and more. There are additional empty tables and seating for those who want to bring their own laptops or reading material in a space dedicated for work and study.
