Our goal is to do everything we can to help you get approved for financing and be able to buy a home. In order to do this, there are a few things that are needed for approval:
- Valid photo ID (Passport, State Issued ID, DL, Matricular Card, etc)
- Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
- Verifiable income (6 months of employment, paystubs, and 3 months of bank statements).
